Welcome to the Faculty of Computer Applications (FCA), Ganpat University (GUNI).

The faculty of Computer Applications provides an attractive opportunity for students to develop skills needed in the industry by studying at one of the most beautiful university campuses in Gujarat, India. All the courses at FCA, GUNI has the most appropriate curriculum which is taught by a rich experienced faculty team with ample learning resources, a modern laboratory with cutting-edge equipment & state of the art infrastructure. Regular workshops/seminars/conferences on emerging trends & Technologies are conducted by external experts along with teaching sessions for overall technical development and professional development. At FCA we have a strong industry-institute interface and alumni association network of 7000+ FCA students to provide excellent possible placement to the students. We are offering on-demand scheduling for internal project review during the internship, which helps students to focus on project work and helps the industry to work uninterrupted with the interns of FCA, GUNI.

At FCA, we are offering undergrad to Ph.D. programs in the area of Computer Applications, Information Technology, Information Communication Technology, IT Infrastructure Management, and Cyber Security. We were the pioneer institution in north Gujarat reason for offering BCA, MCA, MSc IT, MSc (CA&IT), and MSc. IT (Cyber Security), MSc. IT (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning).

We have included highly demanded certification content within the program curriculum so students get an opportunity to earn technical certificates along with university degrees. The curriculum is revised on a regular basis by the board of renowned academicians and industry experts to meet industry needs. The Software Development and Consultancy cell provides an opportunity to develop entrepreneurs’ skills and the environment of the IT industry within institutions. We dedicated last semester to doing internship/project work in the industry.

We have student first policy at GUNI and all faculty teams support it by providing mentorship, and advice to each student. All faculty members use technology to share the learning material online with students. We prepare the student will have different characteristics to ensure his/her success in life like career innovative thinking, critical competence in core domain, engagement with the community, employability, can take lead in entrepreneurship, culturally competent and acceptability, academic innovation, acquiring innovative practices which Ganpat University have adopted, trained industry-based model and healthy campus life.

We equip the students with relevant and conceptualized professional skills and guided them towards a bright future and career all around the world with the values of – ‘Sincerity’, ‘Hard Work’ and ‘Ethics’.
