Dr. Dipali Nisarg Dave is an accomplished academician, soft skills trainer, and communication expert, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Ganpat University since 2019. With over 12 years of teaching, corporate training, and academic leadership experience, she has consistently contributed to enhancing learners’ communication competence, confidence, and employability skills.

Dr. Dave has previously served as an Assistant Professor at Silver Oak College of Engineering and Technology (SOCET) and Parul University, Vadodara, where she has played key roles in academic development and student training initiatives.

Holding a Ph.D. in English Language Teaching, her core research expertise lies in Flipped Learning Pedagogy. Her academic and training interests span across English Language Teaching (ELT), Communication Skills, Soft Skills, Educational Technology, Resume & Profile Building, Interview Skills, and Employability Enhancement. She has conducted impactful training programs and workshops for educational institutions and corporate organizations, contributing to learner transformation and professional growth.

A prolific researcher, Dr. Dave has more than 20 research papers published in reputed national and international journals and conferences. She is also the co-author of the book Contributor’s Personality Development. Known for her dynamic speaking skills, she has delivered expert talks and sessions at various national and international platforms.

Beyond academia, Dr. Dave is a passionate trainer and community development enthusiast. Motivated by her belief in empowering society through training, she joined Junior Chamber International (JCI) North Ahmedabad, an international leadership and training organization. She served as Secretary in 2021 and was elected Vice President – Training and Management, contributing significantly to leadership development initiatives.

An articulate and enthusiastic compere, Dr. Dave has successfully hosted over 40 events, known for her engaging stage presence, clarity of communication, and ability to connect with the audience.
