Ms. Dipali Nisarg Dave has been associated as an Assistant Professor in the department of English at Ganpat University since 2019. She has 11 years of teaching and training experience. Ms. Dave is also a soft skills trainer, a researcher, a motivational speaker and a counselor. She also worked as Assistant Professor at Silver Oak College of Engineering and Technology (SOCET). Prior to joining SOCET, Ms. Dave was associated with Parul University, Vadodara.

Ms. Dave is pursuing a Phd in the area of English Language teaching. Her main area of research is flipped learning pedagogy. Her interests include, English Language Teaching, Flipped Learning, Communication Skills, Soft Skills, Educational Technologies, Resume Writing, etc. She has conducted various trainings for educational and corporate organizations. Ms. Dave has delivered talks on various topics at national and international conferences. She has earned more than 20 papers to her credit. Ms. Dave has co-authored a book titled, Contributor’s Personality Development.

Ms. Dave believes in imparting training to the people for the betterment of society which motivated her to join Junior Chamber International (JCI) North Ahmedabad. It is an international training organization. She joined JCI as the Secretary in 2021 and was elected as Vice President of Training in JCI North Ahmedabad for the year 2022-2023. Ms. Dave is also an excellent compere. She has hosted more than 30 events till now.
