Pooja Pancholi, (M.C.A.) has been employed as an assistant professor in the Department of  Computer Science, Ganpat University Since 2011. She is interested in the fields of Database Technology and Artificial Intelligence.. She participated in international faculty development programmes and used them in her activities including teaching and learning. She has published 3 national and international research papers and 1 chapter of a book. She has also provided project assistance to more than 300 students of B.Sc. (IT), M.Sc. (IT), B.Sc. IT(IMS),DD(BCA-MCA) and M.C.A. courses. She gives guidance to the students and organizes Technical Workshops, Technical  events, and Student Skill Development Activities for overall student development.

She has a strong commitment to excellence and the ability to manage a variety of academic, administrative, and leadership-related tasks. She  teaches graduate and postgraduate students subjects related to Database management systems ,artificial intelligence ,Natural language processing,object oriented programming concepts and other topics. She worked as a Pre-Exam and  Internal Exam Member,External Exam data entry member, Syllabus Design, External Exam Paper Setter, and the coordinator of Cultural Activity . Since a long time, there have been many extracurricular activities, such as admission counselling, magazines, and youth festival activities.‪‬
